Transparency, independent validation, and client-first policies — not marketing language. Here is exactly how MSS operates.

Transparency Reports
Data Governance
You own your data. 100%. MSS claims zero rights to client data — not for model training, not for analytics, not for anything. Your data leaves our systems only when you ask it to.
Choose where your data lives: United States, European Union, Asia-Pacific, or fully on-premises. No cross-region replication without explicit consent.
Export your data anytime in open formats — JSON, CSV, XML. No fees. No delays. No proprietary lock-in formats. We want you to be able to leave if you choose to.
Upon written request, MSS deletes all client data within 30 days with a signed certificate of deletion. No backups retained. No exceptions.
AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Encryption keys owned and managed by the client where infrastructure permits.
Full immutable audit trail of all data access, queries, and exports. Client-accessible at all times. Exportable for your own compliance programmes.
Ethical AI
We believe AI in security must be explainable, unbiased, controllable, and transparent. These are not aspirations — they are design constraints.
Every AI decision includes a traceable chain of reasoning. No black boxes. Analysts can always see why Kaptor acted.
Regular third-party audits for demographic and operational bias. Results published quarterly in our transparency report.
Human-in-the-loop for all critical decisions. Automation is a tool, not a replacement for human judgment at high-stakes thresholds.
All models documented. Training data sources disclosed. Architecture published. We operate the opposite of a black box.
Vendor Neutrality
MSS does not sell hardware, software subscriptions, or maintenance contracts. We earn revenue from consulting fees only. This means we have zero financial incentive to recommend any particular vendor, platform, or product.
When we recommend Genetec over Milestone, or Claroty over Nozomi, it is because the architecture calls for it — not because of a reseller margin or a partnership quota.
