Accessibility Statement
MSS is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, regardless of ability or technology. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for everyone, including people with disabilities.
1Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Current status: Our website is partially conformant. Some content may not yet be fully optimized, and we are actively working to improve.
2Measures We Take
We have implemented the following measures:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
- Screen reader compatibility: Semantic HTML, ARIA labels throughout
- Color contrast: Minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for all body text
- Text resizing: Up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Alt text: All images have descriptive alternative text
- Form labels: All form fields have associated labels
- Headings: Proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) for screen reader navigation
3Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
| Issue | Workaround | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Older PDF documents | Request accessible version via contact form | Q2 2026 |
| Third-party embedded content | May not fully comply; we encourage vendors to improve | Ongoing |
| Video captions | Auto-generated; manual review pending | Q2 2026 |
Please contact us if you encounter accessibility barriers not listed here.

5Technical Specifications
Our website relies on the following technologies to work with assistive technologies:
- HTML5 with semantic markup
- WAI-ARIA roles and attributes
- CSS3 for layout and visual presentation
- JavaScript for progressive enhancement only — core functionality works without it
6Assessment Methods
We assess accessibility through a combination of automated and manual methods:
- Automated testing tools (WAVE, axe DevTools)
- Manual keyboard navigation testing
- Screen reader testing (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS)
- User feedback and reported issues
7Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time audit. We review our site quarterly and prioritise fixes based on impact to users with disabilities. Our development team includes accessibility review as part of every release cycle.
